My Approach

I work with children, adolescents, and adults from a collaborative model to understand questions in their life toward the goal of achieving change.  One way to do this is through Collaborative/Therapeutic Assessments where we would work together to identify what you or your child is struggling with in life and what recommendations could help.  I specialize in psychoeducational assessments such as questions about learning, reading, writing, mathematics, attention, hyperactivity, lack of achievement or motivation.  I also work with adults, parents, and children struggling with homework or procrastination to find new paths to success.

Consultation
Providing psychological services is something that often requires consultation.  I provide consultation on supervision of unlicensed professionals.  I also provide consultation on assessments and assessment result interpretation.  I have many years of experience teaching young professionals how to interpret complicated assessments such as the Rorschach and I work with licensed professionals who are looking to expand their services and skills.  I also work with young psychologists in training who are learning how to navigate the demands of graduate school, practicum training, and life.

Speaking
I provide trainings to children, parents, adults, and professionals about learning and growing.  I have expertise in learning with a learning disability and supporting people with learning disabilities.  I am an advocate for social justice and supporting an environment for growth in learners as well as providers.
